Seedstock Brewing Company started with a simple idea: brew honest, flavorful beer in the neighborhood where we live. No pretense, no corporate shortcuts — just carefully crafted ales, lagers, and stouts made with locally sourced ingredients and a whole lot of care.
Our taproom on S Netherland Way is designed for gathering. Whether you're joining us for a quick pint after work, a weekend hang with friends, or a private celebration, there's always a spot for you at Seedstock.

Our flagship pale ale — bright citrus notes with a clean, crisp finish. Brewed with local Colorado hops.
Rootstock Porter
Rich roasted malt with hints of chocolate and coffee. A full-bodied stout for slow sipping.
Centennial Pils
A refreshing Czech-style pilsner with a delicate hop bitterness and a smooth, grainy finish.
Double Seed IPA
Double dry-hopped with Pacific Northwest varietals. Tropical fruit aromas with a resinous finish.
Wild Garden
Farmhouse sour brewed with Colorado raspberries and wild yeast. Tart, fruity, and unexpectedly smooth.
Golden Hour Hefeweizen
Unfiltered wheat beer with banana and clove notes. Cloudy, refreshing, and perfect for the patio.
